Send me as much information as you can, to include documentation you require assistance with and the instructions you have from your representative overseas.

It is useful for me to know:

• what it is you are doing;
• what document/s you need assistance with;
• which country the document/s will be used in (requirements differ depending on the country);
• details of who is representing you in that country; and
• whether there are any particular time restraints.

Once I have received your information I will want to speak to you, the potential client, in the first instance before arranging a meeting.  If you are making contact as an intermediary or to assist someone else, I will still need to speak with the person concerned.
